This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship specifically for domestic and residential applications. It does not cover issues arising from incorrect installation, installation by an unlicensed tiler, accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, or negligence by any individual or third party.

Please ensure that all goods are thoroughly inspected prior to installation for any damages and to confirm your satisfaction with the colour and shade variations of the product. Please be aware that once the product is fixed, it is considered accepted and cannot be returned.
