Delivery Costs
Delivery costs vary based on the product. Factors such as the weight, size, destination, and courier determine the shipping fee. The total delivery cost will be calculated at checkout before you finalise your purchase.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to Sydney and Melbourne Metro areas only. At this time, we are unable to offer delivery outside these locations.
International Delivery
We do not offer international delivery.
Custom-Made Products
For custom-made products, a lead time applies before delivery. The specific lead time is noted on the product page. Delivery will occur after the indicated lead time has elapsed.
Multiple Shipments
You may receive your order in multiple shipments, depending on the availability and source of the products you have purchased.
Delivery Restrictions
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. Not all shipping methods may be available for certain items. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delayed Orders
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery date.
