Unfortunately we do not offer order collection at this time. Shipping is the only way to receive your order

No, at this stage our products are only available to be purchased within Australia.

Currently, we offer Mastercard, Visa and American Express as well as Afterpay and Paypal - where you are able to in some instances pay in 4.

If you have placed your order within 9am-3pm please contact us within 2 hours to have your order amended. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following business day, so you have until opening of business the next business day to request amendments to your order.

Dispatch and shipping times differ product-to-product, after we receive your order and gain confirmation of its availability you will receive more precise arrival information. Please contact us at info@placeandpalette.com.au to inquire about specific shipping information.

Shipping costs differ depending on weight and quantity of product ordered, and delivery location.

We aren’t able to arrange exchanges at this time, however if you would like to return the items you have purchased and reorder a different item we are able to organise this for you. However, a restocking fee may apply. We are not able to offer returns on custom or semi-custom products.
